After earning dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Arizona State University in 1987, Dean began his real estate career. By blending his business background and entrepreneurial skills with an insightful perspective, he became a top producing solo agent. Then in 1994, he formed a partnership with his mother Sarah, another top producing agent, and they became The O’Dell Group. Every year since, the team has been awarded #1 in Sales Volume at Seven Gables. The team now includes four additional family members, plus other members who greatly contribute to the team consistently being ranked in the Top 20 of more than 15,000 agents in Orange County.
