Meet Carmina Johansson, one of the top producing 1% of all teams nationwide. With over 16 years of real estate experience, Carmina is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and has the expertise to navigate the market with ease.
Before joining The O'Dell Group in 2012, Carmina gained valuable experience working as a processor for a real estate company and mortgage broker. She also worked in secondary marketing for a lender and as a commercial underwriter. With her diverse background, she is able to offer her clients the best possible guidance and support throughout each real estate transaction.
Outside of work, Carmina lives in Lemon Heights with her husband Erik Johansson of 12 years. Together they have three children; Jacob, Erika, and Logan. Carmina is deeply committed to giving back to her community and volunteers her time with organizations such as Arroyo Elementary School, Tustin Western Little League, Tustin Girls Softball, Tustin Pony Little League, Foothill Baseball and Foothill Girls Softball as well as her philanthropic causes which include Vera’s Sanctuary, CASA and Make a Wish Foundation. Her passion for helping others and dedication to her family and community is an integral part of who she is as a person and a real estate agent.
